It's crazy on The Van Vleet side of the family because not only are we moving away, but as of today Josh's older Brother Tom along with his family moved to Missouri. They have four kids that we love and Tyler and Nathan absalutely adore. Monday night we were over at Grandma and Grandpa Van Vleet's for dinner to say our goodbyes to them. I'm tearing up just thinking about it. Alice and I of course almost cried giving our hugs. It's moments like those, knowing it will be a long time before you see that person again that you regret not spending more time with them. I regret not taking advantage of living fairly close by and not hanging out more often (more than just our Saturday evening family dinners). Unlike the family here where we will be able to drive and visit, they are much farther and it makes me sad not knowing when We'll get to see them next. So Alice, Tom, and kids, I love you, we love you, and will miss you a ton!!! You better keep blogging so I can keep up with you :) and of course we'll call and talk. Love you.
I feel most bad for Grandma and Grandpa Van Vleet who are having six of their current seven Grandkids leave them just in one month. :( That's got to be pretty sad :(. I tease them about family dinner being a lot more quiet and peaceful, but I don't think they think I'm funny :). We will definitely miss those family dinners together!
Today Nathan brought me his swim suit and said "My want to go swim lessons" I told him "sorry honey but swim lessons are over....when we move to Utah we can go to swim lessons again" (indoor/year round through the community center). Nathan said "Okay....My going to miss Barron, we go to Utah" (Barron is his uncle, Josh's brother). I said "Aaaaw, you're going to miss Barron when we move to Utah?" and he said "yeah, my miss Barron we move Utah".
How sweet! I had to call and tell Barron what he said... I just thought it was so adorable that out of all his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins that he all loves, he chose Barron :). So sweet!

We will miss you guys very much too. I have always liked being around my little brother Josh. I love that Tyler and Nathan so much. They will be in my thoughts often. You will have to come visit for sure and check out all the church History sites cuz we wont be going to Utah anytime soon Ill tell you that. Do good in Utah and represent the Van Vleets well. Missouri is beautiful right now and I am liking how our home is coming together. Tell those boys their uncle Tom loves them and is thinking about them.
