Not a whole lot has been going on. At least nothing I was going to post, but then I thought heck, we're all friends right? Despite my embarrassment, I though maybe someone has been through this and can point me in a good direction? For the past week I have felt kind of crappy. Not really sick like you would assume, but a bizarre symptom. I have had uncontrollably itchy legs... I know right? Totally weird! It started here and there off and on a couple months ago, but I always assumed dry skin. Well, just over a week ago it got so bad that I stayed awake all night until finally passing out at 5am. Ever since I have had to take Benadryl just to get sleep (I think it just makes me so drowsy that I sleep through anything, because it doesn't stop the itching). I've been going crazy! It's present all day long, but gets worse in the evening and the passed couple days it's been bad in the morning. I have honestly bruised my legs and also have made them bleed... that's how crazy it is. Anyone who knows me well knows I tolerate pain very well and didn't even mention all this to Josh until the night I couldn't sleep and I had a bruise the size of a baseball on my leg. It has not been fun :( Anyways, as soon as I think I know what it could be, it changes slightly and it turns out it could be something else. I did discover some good things to know during all of this though. I learned I'm definitely allergic to dairy (which I have kind of known for years but have ignored) :), also tomatoes, peanuts (not too bad though), and definitely strawberries (which was so sad to discover because strawberries are my favorite!). I tried a Raw foods diet for 3 days, but didn't last because I got so bored with it :) LOL. Everyone automatically assumes it's an allergy (food, chemical, environmental), but I pretty much have that ruled out (except for environmental, I have not totally ruled that one out yet). Others say stress....which could definitely be a slight contributing factor in my case. I've looked it up online and discovered a forum where tons of people have been dealing with this mystery as well and have found nothing to stop it :( I'm determined to figure it out. I just started a liver cleanse and all the fun that goes with that :) thinking about doing a blood cleanse too and hoping that makes the difference. So that has been my boring trial I have been dealing with and not wanting to blog :) still having doubts... but what the hay :)
Finished Breaking Dawn last night! Started it Monday, finished it Thursday. I may be totally weird, because I know every reader seems to have a crush on Edward, whom I'll admit is wonderful, but I have always liked Jake. Am I weird? I have never really liked Si Fi stuff until I read her books! I Loved the Host, which I have convinced Josh to listen to on his commute. He has really liked it so far. I'm hoping she writes one to follow that book too!
We have also been watching the Olympics pretty faithfully. My favorites are the gymnastics and swimming. We have also been watching the volleyball, Diving, some track and field, canoeing, ect. My favorite by far is always the Gymnastics and swimming though. Josh loves the soccer but has not gotten to watch much of that :(. Not quite sure what his favorites are, he pretty much loves it all, I'm the picky one when it comes to sports :).
Nathan's potty training is still moving forward :) I am anxious for it to be done :) LOL I'd be more frustrated if he wasn't so darn cute! He is my love bug and I couldn't see how he could be any sweeter!
Tyler is loving preschool again. Today on the way to preschool, totally out of the blue Tyler says "Mommy when you feel like someone doesn't like you, I think you are more pretty than anyone, and I love you!" LOL! I thought it was so cute and he was so sincere! :)
These two crazy, adorable, sweety pies fill my day with laughs! They give me as many laughs as stresses, so I am grateful for the balance :)

Your kids sound completely adorable, what cutie pies! As far as the itching, if it is not excema (or however you spell it) then the next thing that comes to my mind is a condition occurring in pregnant women where they are constantly itchy, but I assume you are not pregnant or are sneaky ;). Did you go to the doctor?
Hey, sorry I was so quick on the phone with you the other day, I was in the middle of something with Alice and I felt bad afterwards. I will try and call you sometime and catch up with you! Do you think you will be coming to the wedding?
Do you possibly have restless leg syndrome? Some people I know have that in the form of itchiness rather than the need to move your legs...just a thought.
Your kids are just so sweet. I loved it when Tyler came up to me and said "Elizabeth, you are so beautiful!". Good memory. I immediately thought, Kayla is raising this kid right! :)
Yikes that does not sound fun! Are there red bumps? It's a weird place to be itchy but have you considered shingles? If the benadryl is helping it's most likely allergy related though. I am allergic to some types of laundry detergent. Have you recently switched? I hope you can get this figured out!
Thanks everyone for your comments/suggestions! I thought I better reply since there were a few questions asked. No Valerie, I'm not sneaky :) No pregnancy here (IUD) ;) LOL. The past couple days have been a little better. I have a very strong feeling I know what it is now, but not positive yet. I should know for sure by the end of this week (hopefully). I'm seeing a doc on Wednesday. :) I'll let you know what happens :)
