Vacation...Part 2...Coronado beach, Sea World, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park

It has taken me soooooo long to get the rest of our vacation pictures posted. After Disneyland we headed to San Diego to meet up with my parents and all my siblings and their families.

On our way to San Diego from Anaheim we stopped at a Denny's to have Breakfast/Lunch with Keenan (Jody's daughter), Jody (my Cousin), and Karen (my Aunt). We had so much fun visiting with them, even though it was a brief visit. As you can tell Nathan was not happy about getting his picture taken :).

We then met up with my Mom, Dad, Joanie (my sister in law), and Wesley (my brother) at Coronado Island to play on the beach.

When the tide came up it bowled Nathan over and he started crying. It was cold and windy so Josh tried to hurry and get Nathan's wet shirt off to calm poor Nathan down. This is the first experience Nathan had with the Ocean (how sad :( poor kid)

Luckily the whole Ocean experience got better for him :)

The tide actually engulfed Tyler completely.... It was hilarious! He jumped up as soon as he could and took off running to dry land...... LOL .... only to run back down to the water again :) He was very entertaining :)

The next day we met all of my family at Sea World to spend the whole day there.

At Sea World they have a fun play area for kids. The boys had a blast!

This seal was so funny. It would open it's mouth and make this loud sound to get the attention of all the visitors that had fish to feed them with. It was a very effective tactic because I think he got more fish than the other seals just because he was so funny! I got it on video tape because it cracked us up so much!

One of our favorite shows at Sea World is the Dogs Rule show.

They loved petting the animals after the show. This particular dog loved Nathan and started licking his face all over :) (I couldn't get a good picture of it though) :(

We got to hold the Sar Fishs. Nathan and Tyler were fascinated with them

So was Brookelyn (my niece)!

The day following Sea World we went to the San Diego Wild Animal Park



Oh no! a Big Rhino! (Tyler's such a goof) LOL

It was so cool to see a baby lion so up close!

The Gorillas were very entertaining that morning. One of the females would throw sticks up into the trees to knock down berries or something in the tree that was edible. She did it over and over and when her stick would get stuck in the tree she would find another small branch, strip the leaves off and start throwing it up again. It was so fun to watch!

We got to go up on this Hot Air Balloon to get an amazing view of the whole park and it's surrounding area. It was beautiful! We went up with my Mom, Dad, Navie, Tyler, Nathan, Josh and I. It was fun!

We had so much fun on our vacation and we had so many new and fun experiences we got to share with people we love!
